Recently, the founder of Alibaba ‘Jack Ma‘ reportedly said that Robots and Automation are gonna take over the industrial world by storm leaving humans in a troublesome phase. This 52-year-old businessman suggested to introduce and implement much better working methods of Robots which doesn’t affect Human Jobs in near future.
What made him say that? Is it gonna be that worse?
Well, not only us, even critics and analysts cannot say this thing for sure. But, one thing is correct if we look onto recent statistics. Artificial Intelligence and Robotics are advancing at an exponential rate of sophistication and efficiency. Which only means that in near future humans may lose their jobs widespread at once. This affects us very badly. If that thing happens, not only daily labour but also major positions like CEO, COO etc. will also get affected.

Are Robots going to take over all human jobs in future?
You don’t believe me, right? Well, don’t then. These aren’t the words of mine. These are the words of reputed critics, analysts and growth hackers. Even Jack Ma admitted the thing now. So, this thing seems to be true after all.
There is a massive risk of Robots stealing all major positions in every industry. Not only yours, it may even take upon my job and can crush us into the dark moors of automation bewilderment.
What did Jack Ma say exactly?
He spoke about Robots and Automation in Chinese recently. Here’s the translated version of it.
In the next 30 years, the world gonna face much more pain than happiness. Social conflicts in the next three decades will have a huge impact on Industries. On all sorts of them. It can even affect all paths of life too.” – Jack Ma.
He re-called the time he warned poeple about the importance of Internet and E-Commerce in the past, “Fifteen years ago I gave speeches 200 or 300 times reminding everyone the Internet will impact all industries, but people didn’t listen because I was a nobody.
He recommended that robots shall not be designed to do things that humans can do. Instead, they should be designed to do the tasks which humans aren’t capable of doing. This results in building a path in which humans and machines can bond together without affecting the human capabilities in reality.
And he also added that, In the next three decades, the Time Magazine cover for the best CEO of the year will more likely to be a robot. Because it works better than you, it remembers things better than you, it counts and processes faster than you, and it knows all of your competitors and can handle them well when it comes to numbers game after all.
Will Jack Ma’s words come true? Or not? Let’s wait and watch.
